I had amazing sushi at Kiro Sushi! All rolls were incredibly fresh, and the Spicy Salmon Dragon melted in my mouth. The staff were friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Had dinner here with friends and it was great. Service took awhile and food too but overall was great, Tempura was hot and crispy. In addition, the boat is definitely enough for 4 people.

Had the miso soup and yaki udon bowl (beef). Both were amazing in taste, texture, and portion size for cost (20 total for both before tax). Exceptional balance of meat and vegetables to noodles (and plenty of all). Everything ordered by our table looked great. Staff are good, though not the fastest to take orders despite not being overly busy. However, food came quickly after ordering and was hot/cold (as appropriatefor the dish) and very fresh. Booths accommodate 2-3 people per side. Great for lunch or dinner with a friend or small group.

Their Deluxe Uni Don gives you enough to savour that Uni craving. I didn't upgrade to the Japanese Uni, kept it at the BC one, but was delicious. Pair that with th Miso cod, and it's such a great combo. This place is always great, highly recommend.

Literally have my fav uni in the town, take me back to times in Vancouver immediately. Ingredients are all fresh, price is fair, I like the vibe there as well. Recommend this restaurant very much if you are an uni lover, give them a chance and they will not let you down.

Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! A great sign of an excellent specialty maki roll is wondering if it'll fit in my mouth in one bite, as you know it'll be packed with a melody of tastes and textures. The black dragon features the thickest slices of unagi I've seen, that's just the cherry on top of the dynamite roll base of crispy shrimp tempura, creamy avocados, crunchy cucumbers, and kani.

Me and my boyfriend loooves going here. We always find a reason to reward ourselves with Kiro Sushi haha I just love their Spicy Tuna Dragon and Rainbow Sushi and Udon! Great staff and service. 10 stars overall
